The 10 highest paid jobs that require no university degree

According to research from YouGov, only one in four British adults thinks that going to university actually provides people with a better start in life.

38% of respondents felt that going straight in to the work place after school was a better start than attending university.

This infographic from Statista illustrates the careers that offer the highest annual wage without requiring an university degree in the UK. The most lucrative role for a person without a degree is as an equities trader, earning an average of £59,475. The least lucrative is as a journalist, earning on average £30,998.
