A man has been arrested after he repeatedly called emergency services to complain about the size of his seafood meal.
Nelson Agosto, 51, had ordered clams at Crabby's Seafood Shack in Florida despite an earlier warning of its size from an employee, reports King5.
After his complaint, the restaurant gave Agosto another portion of clams for free, according to an incident report.
A police spokesperson said:
He was complaining that the clams he was eating were so small he didn't want to pay for them.
The police department released a recording of the 911 call in which Agosto told the dispatcher that he had ordered something that was "extremely so small."
The operator referred Agosto to the non-emergency line but he called 911 again. In the second call he said he tried the number but couldn't "get through."

The Stuart Police Department said it arrested the man on 18 December under a misuse of 911 charge and warned that 911 should be left for emergencies only. Agosto will appear in court on 11 January 2018.
