Jacq is a stripper.

She's also a comic artist, and uses her talent for drawing witty, cute illustrations to talk about the industry in an open, honest way.

Jacq recently released a book called STRIPTASTIC! in which she lightheartedly rejects the tropes and stereotypes related to stripping and sex work as a whole.

Spoiler alert: it's not all thongs, money strewn about the floor and daddy issues.

Here are some of her best illustrations:

1. Strippers are good at maths.

2. It's a job, like anything else.

3. And like any job, it has parts that aren't great.

4. Not all women hate each other (who knew?)

Also, that 'strippers have daddy issues' trope? Axed!

Daddies have daddy issues...

Yes, misogyny exists in strip clubs.

And contrary to popular belief, sex workers are not therapists, even though it seems to be an unofficial line in the job description.

Jacq wants people to know that sex work can be more than a means to an end.

Strippers have 'can you not' moments too.

And they can be bosses too.
