This man wrote a list explaining how to be a ‘beautiful woman’ and it backfired badly

While many men are joining the fight against rampant sexism, some apparently still live in a totally different era.

Take Alexander J A Cortes for example who, as a self-proclaimed motivational speaker that helps “optimise your life’s performance”, took it upon himself in 2019 to write an explainer list for women to tell them “how to be beautiful”.

Brace yourself, because the list not only includes “being thin”, but also “wearing pink and feminine colours”, “being sensual” and “loving men”.

This is not a joke, I repeat, this is not a joke.

Cortes further fuels the fire by adding a link to his newsletter about how to be "more feminine", and continues with other shocking remarks that include "you can fix this by working out and going to the gym and unfatting yourself" and "if you show them [women] this list and they become angry, that lets you know that they are harpies that you never want to breed with".

The thread is so shocking, you don't even know whether to laugh or not.

But the so-called motivational speaker (who seems to be doing everything but being motivational) was clearly messing with the wrong crowd, as women and men alike took to Twitter to fire back and it went gloriously.

It's time to take your sexism somewhere else.
