People are obsessing over photos of the Queen smiling and enjoying herself at the Royal Windsor Horse Show.
The 95-year-old Queen drove her Range Rover car to the show ground for the first time since 2019 as the previous year’s event was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. She was accompanied by her lady-in-waiting Dame Annabel Whitehead and in pictures looked like she was having a ball.
Fans loved the images and took to Twitter to celebrate them:

The event took place after a statue of the late Princess Diana was unveiled on Thursday to mark what would have been her 60th birthday. The unveiling was attended by Prince Harry and Prince William in Kensington.
Meanwhile, the Queen’s outing marks one of her first public events following the G7 conference last month. Yesterday, she also met the German leader Angela Merkel before the leader leaves public life later this year and she has recently resumed weekly meetings with Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
It’s also great to see her looking so happy after the death of her husband Prince Philip in April.
