X-ray of pug goes viral and people can't decide whether it's cute or horrifying

2019’s been a long year, hasn’t it? Well, it certainly seems that people are a bit frazzled, because an X-ray of a pug has sent the internet into a frenzy

Social media users have called the dog X-ray “simultaneously the cutest and most terrifying thing” they’ve ever seen.

It all started when American comedian Andy Richter shared the image on Twitter, saying: “My friend’s pug went to the vet”.

The internet went wild for the image, sending it viral in hours.

But all might not be as it seems.

Some questioned the whether the X-ray is real. It is pretty strange, so we can’t exactly blame them. But apparently the strange appearance could be something to do with a sinus infection that the dog is suffering with.

But other people shared similar scans, and also human ones too. So it seems that, for now, the X-ray is legit.

Never change, pugs.
