Woman with botched eyebrow job sparks nail salon brawl

Nail salon workers in Brooklyn lashed out at customers after one of them allegedly refused to pay for a 'f***ed up' eyebrow job.

Shocking footage shows workers squaring off with two customers, using broomsticks and dustpans to beat the pair.

The video, posted on Facebook by another customer, shows part of the fight, which took place at New Red Apple Nails in Brooklyn, New York.

Mercy Maduka explained in the video caption:

So I’m at the nail salon and they f***ed up a lady eyebrow and she refused to pay then a fight broke out.

Referring to the workers' treatment of customers, she added:

Hitting them like animals.

The video shows workers beating a woman appearing to try to protect her granddaughter. who yells:

That's my grandmother. Stop!

Another woman shouts:

Call the cops!

Police arrested a salon worker and a patron after the incident, according to the New York Post.

Huiyue Zheng was reportedly charged with assault and weapon possession, and later released following a hearing in Brooklyn Criminal Court.

Customer Christina Thomas was arrested on misdemeanour assault and other charges, before also being released.
