The recent string of allegations against disgraced Hollywood movie producer Harvey Weinstein has provoked an outpour of stories from women online.
Multiple actresses like Rose McGowan, Cara Delavigne, Lena Headey, Gwenyth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Kate Beckinsale and Reese Witherspoon have shared stories about how they were assaulted by Weinstein.
Others like Jennifer Lawrence, Bjork and America Ferrera have also shared stories about how they have been abused by men in the film industry.
This stories have led women all over social media to share how they have been sexually assaulted in the past using the hashtag #MeToo.
One celebrity that won't be partaking in this is glamour model Katie Price, who has previously revealed that she was raped early in her career.
The 39-year-old, who used to go under the name of Jordan, shared in her 2009 reality series What Katie Did Next that she was assaulted by a well-known man in the entertainment industry when she was younger.
However, she is refusing to name the man who committed the crime as she simply doesn't want to attract that level of drama to her life.
Speaking to The Sun, Price said:
I was raped by a celebrity but no, I’ll never name him.
I just don’t want the drama.
I don’t even know if he knows that I’ve spoken about him, I doubt he does.
The incident is said to have happened before Price met her former husband Peter Andre in 2004.
A friend of Price has stated that the assault in question took place at a part in London's West End after the man became violent when she refused his advances.
Price did however lend her criticisms to Weinstein, believing that he will rightfully be punished for his actions.
She added:
I don’t know much about the Harvey Weinstein case, but he’ll go down for it.
