Juan Jose Padilla, 43, was rushed to hospital on Saturday after being gored on the left-hand side of his face by a 600kg bull during the Pilar Fair in Zaragoza - the same festival where he lost his eye in 2011.
Local media reports he was not seriously injured and doctors have ruled out any internal injuries.
