A long list of 'wholesome' Jeremy Corbyn tweets posted long before he became Labour leader

Jeremy Corbyn’s life has changed a lot in the last few years.

Nowadays he has thousands of Twitter followers and goes viral all the time, but in a time before he took over leadership of the Labour Party, Corbyn’s posts were very different.

There was less talk of politics and more of allotments and cycling.

A thread, compiled by Twitter user @Combabeannie, shows a more “wholesome” side to the Labour leader.

Like when he dedicated his his 1000th tweet to the NHS...

When he complimented a troll's dog.

Or threw shade at the BBC...

There was lots of allotment chat. Because of course there was...

And he even asked for people to "like" his "fanpage".
