Israel-Gaza: Whose side are people in Britain, France and the US on?

People in Britain are more likely to sympathise with Palestinians during the Israel-Gaza conflict than people in the US and France, a poll has shown.

Breaking down the US results in detail, men are more likely to support Israel's actions, while the most sympathetic demographic group is Republican voters.

These sentiments were more or less replicated when respondents were asked whether the bombing of Gaza, in which 1,843 Palestinians have died, was justified or not.
