This chilling Valentine’s Day message from the Home Office has resurfaced

From the “Go Home” billboard vans to the “hostile environment” policy , there are many moments during Theresa May’s time as home secretary that have come back to haunt her.

And now a threatening Valentine's Day message tweeted by the Home Office in 2013 has resurfaced on Twitter, which has drawn a lot of criticism.

The tweet reads:

#Rosesareredvioletsareblue, if your marriage is a sham we’ll be on to you

#happyvalentinesday

Lots of people were furious with the Tweet, if not that surprised.

But others have clapped back by coming up with their own poems mocking Theresa May and the Home Office.

May's Jamgate is clearly still fresh in people's minds.

Of course, there were plenty of Brexit references.

And Chris Grayling didn’t escape unscathed.
