Student films her grandad’s adorable reaction every time she arrives at his house

The internet can get pretty dark sometimes but here’s some straight-up wholesome content.

A student has gone viral with a compilation video of her grandad’s reaction every time she visits his house for dinner.

And each time without fail, Robert, 87, is delighted to see his granddaughter.

Since Jennifer Barclay posted the video on Friday, it has received more than 100,000 retweets and earned her grandad fans across the world.

Robert, who lives in the coastal town of Methil, Scotland, was described by Jennifer as "the greatest man ever" and judging by his hosting skills he just might be.

Many users also noticed the 87-year-old's sharp dress sense and never-ending collection of jumpers, as well as just how cute the whole thing is.

Seriously though, where is he getting all of them from?

Now he's a style icon, Robert has gained such a big following Jennifer has set up an Instagram account for him (‘the.grandad.diaries’) which already has more than 2000 followers.
