George Conway called Donald Trump the ‘worst kind of dumb’ as Twitter spat continues

George Conway, husband to White House counsellor Kellyanne Conway called US president Donald Trump the “worst kind of dumb” in the latest tirade against him.

In a new set of tweets, he called Trump a liar and doubled down on his belief that the president is mentally ill.

“He’s the worst kind of dumb,” he wrote in response to a tweet that said Trump “thinks he’s smart, and that’s dangerous.”

He added:

He lies even when it makes no sense to lie. As one of his lawyers once told me, Trump couldn’t be allowed to talk to Mueller because “he’d lie his ass off."

Conway's comments are the latest in a string of back-and-forth messages between him and the president earlier this week.

Taking to Twitter, Trump called him a "total loser" and added:

George Conway, often referred to as Mr. Kellyanne Conway by those who know him, is VERY jealous of his wife’s success & angry that I, with her help, didn’t give him the job he so desperately wanted. I barely know him but just take a look, a stone cold LOSER & husband from hell!

The feud began when Conway questioned the president's mental health and said the US president has a narcissistic personality disorder.
