Elon Musk tweeted out two simple words following reports that Tesla is now worth more than $1 trillion.

Yesterday, Tesla became the first ever automobile company to surpass a market value of $1 trillion. The news came after Hertz placed an order for 100,000 Tesla vechicles. This caused the company’s stock to rise over 12 percent, making Tesla the fifth American firm and first ever car company to reach a trillion dollar milestone. The company is now worth more than the combined value of the largest automobile manufacturers around the world.

This also makes Tesla the second-fastest company to achieve the milestone, with Facebook taking the number one spot, having reached it in just a little over 11 years since its initial listing in 2010.

Apple, Amazon, and Microsoft are also worth more more than $1 trillion.

Musk simply tweeted out, “Wild $T1mes!”

That’s one way to celebrate unimaginable wealth.

The mogul, who has 61.4 million followers, is known for his humorous and sometimes snarky Twitter posts, having trolled Jeff Bezos after it was reported he was no longer the richest man in the world. Musk tweeted a second place medal emoji at Bezos.
