On Monday, the US President gave a speech at the White House about ObamaCare encouraging Republicans in the Senate to repeal the bill and replace the Affordable Care Act.

While Trump's words failed to win over the Senate on Wednesday, the Internet became fixated on the woman standing behind him during a speech.

People were equally intrigued by the man standing next to her, who was the spitting image of the Speaker of the House Paul Ryan.
