Donald Trump got his Twitter confiscated and Obama destroyed him over it

With less than a day to go before the start of one of the biggest presidential votes of recent times, Donald Trump’s campaign aides have taken extra precautions.

According to The New York Times, the Republican presidential candidate had his Twitter account ‘wrested’ away from him.

Trump tended to get carried away on the social networking platform, with such classic rants as:

And this on his ‘haters’…

On Sunday, during a speech at a Hillary Clinton rally in Florida, President Obama pounced on the news:

In the last two days, they had so little confidence in his self-control they said we are just going to take away your Twitter. Now, if somebody can't handle a Twitter account, they can't handle the nuclear codes.

Well that puts things into perspective, doesn’t it?

Obama rammed the point home by mentioning Trump's penchant for nightly rants...

If somebody starts tweeting at three in the morning because SNL made fun of you, then you can't handle the nuclear codes.
