If you ever meet Russell Brand, do not ask him about his personal finances. Otherwise you may get the same treatment as this reporter who was called a "snide" and subject to an angry tirade.
Here's the moment a two-minute interview with Channel 4 News's Paraic O'Brien outside Downing Street about Brand's campaign to help the residents of the New Era Estate turned.
O'Brien: Part of the problem is the super rich buying property in London, isn't it? How much did you pay for your place?
Brand: It's rented.
O'Brien: Oh, is it... what kind of rent are you paying?
Brand: I'm not interested in talking to you about my rent, mate. I'm here to support a very, very important campaign. And you as a member of the media have an important duty to help to represent these people not to reframe the debate.
O'Brien: But it's still a point, isn't it?
Brand: No.
Things got worse from there, with Brand physically dragging a resident of New Era on camera.
