Police found this Christmas tree was actually just decorated cannabis

Police in Cheltenham have discovered a Christmas tree a fair bit more merry than most.

Gloucestershire police seized a small cannabis farm disguised as a christmas tree complete with equipment, baubles and tinsel.

Police posted an image of the tree to Twitter on 22 December, following a raid on a property in Gloucester Street, Cheltenham.

The property was searched on Wednesday and couple were arrested on suspicion of growing cannabis. Both were bailed until February 2017 pending further enquiries.

You've got to give them credit for the angel and the bow - if you're gonna decorate your plant it's all about the little details.
