Cadburys is now hiring a chocolate taster

If you like chocolate, you could be getting paid to eat it very soon.

No, we’re not joking.

Whether you’re a picky chocolate connoisseur or simply love any of the stuff, Mondelez International – the owner of the likes of Cadbury, Oreo and Milka – are looking to hire chocolate tasters.

The company is currently advertising for three ‘Chocolate Taster’ positions, as well as a ‘Chocolate & Cocoa Beverage Taster’ position.

You’ll get paid approximately £9 an hour and will be part of a ‘Sensor Panel’ where you'll try the products (read: eat chocolate) and provide feedback about the taste.

Along with roughly 11 other panellists and a panel leader, you’ll be working in sensory booths and discussion rooms, sharing your opinions on the taste with others.

Mondelez International wants its chocolate tasters to have:

• A passion for confectionery and taste buds for detection

• Honesty and objectivity when it comes to giving an opinion

• Eagerness to try new and inventive products

• A communicative personality to build great relationships with your panel
