Britney Spears has called out her family in a heartbreaking Instagram post.
The singer has previously accused her family of profiting off her conservatorship, and testified earlier this year against her father Jamie, who the singer claims has been abusing his position as conservator since it was put in place in 2008.
Last night, Spears posted a photo of a typewriter next a bunch of fresh roses with a lengthy caption calling out family and loved ones for only being available when it’s ‘convenient’ for them.
“Don’t you find it weird when you jump through hoops to organize trips set up lunch dates with people you love only to know they’ll bail on you or leave after 10 minutes?” the singer wrote. “It’s humiliating and it’s like every person I’ve ever opened [up] to immediately says they’ll be gone on a trip for two weeks after.”
“They’re only available to me when it’s convenient for them,” she continued. “Well I’m no longer available to any of them now!”
Spears went on to say that she doesn’t mind being alone, but that she’s tired of being ‘this understanding Mother Teresa.’
“This message is to my family... for hurting me deeper than you’ll ever know! I know the conservatorship is about to be over but I still want justice! I’m only 5’4 but I’ve played the bigger person my entire life... do you know how hard that is?”

Spears ended the post with a nod to Camila Cabello, who recently performed the song “Real Friends” on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert Series. Fans pointed out that the song is about feeling alone and being let down by loved ones.
After testimony from Spears and public scrutiny, Jamie Spears was finally suspended as his daughter’s conservator in September. A judge will decide whether or not to terminate the conservatorship in November.
