As fears of a no-deal Brexit continue to rise, there have been yet more dire economic warnings from forecasters of the effects on the UK’s economy.
From supermarkets to hospitals, industry leaders have been warning politicians for months of the potential risks.
Though one person, at least, doesn’t seem to be bothered about all the warnings. Pat Condell – who describes himself as a “free speech fundamentalist” who is “pro-Brexit, pro-Trump” – has said that he’s prepared to live on a diet of grass if it means leaving the EU.
Obviously, Twitter had a (grassy) “field day” over the idea of someone being prepared to eat a farmyard diet just to leave the EU.
