In the early hours of Friday 24th June 2016, it was confirmed that Britain had voted to leave the European Union.
After the final results were declared prime minister David Cameron announced his resignation. The pound plummeted and the FTSE 100 dipped as markets reacted to the news - and at some point, as the United Kingdom was coming to terms with its decision, Boris Johnson was possibly called a c--t on live TV.
The former mayor and probable future prime ministerial contender was confronted by hecklers he left his house to make a post-Brexit victory speech.
As one YouTube comment put it "are you thinking what he's thinking?".
