Actor asks Twitter what the end of a loaf of bread is called, the answers were wild

Bread means bread. Or does it?

People can get very riled when it comes to discussing their food traditions and tastes. Actor Stephen Mangan found this out when he asked the Twittersphere what the correct name is for the end slice of a loaf of bread.

Some agreed that it is called the heel.

But the other answers were diverse to say the least.
