Russell Brand's contribution to the political debate is seen as more negative than Jeremy Clarkson's, according to new research. As this graphic from our friends at Statista shows, 46 per cent of people believe Brand makes a negative contribution to the political debate, compared to 41 per cent for Clarkson and 19 per cent for Bono.
YouGov surveyed 2,143 adults between 10-11th November and the full research can be viewed here. It also found the majority of the public, 60 per cent, dislike Russell Brand and only 29 per cent of people surveyed said he was funny.
