The internet can be a bit of a dumpster fire of hostility, bad takes and Trump tweets.
But occasionally, just sometimes, social media can show us that it’s not all bad.
One of these rare moments happened this week when British father and mental health worker Edmund O’Leary tweeted to say that he was “not ok” and feeling at “rock bottom”.
