Kourtney Kardashian blasts troll who shamed her for not spending time with her children

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have been living the high life since their engagement in October – and who’s to judge. Well one of Kardashian’s followers certainly thinks they are and hit out at the reality star after she shared some photos from the couple’s getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to celebrate Barker’s birthday.

The series of wholesome snaps – posted to the platform on Thursday – show Kardashian with two of her three children, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6. They were riding horses on the beach “at sunset”, as captioned.

Commenting on the images, one Instagram critic insinuated that the star never spends time with her three children. They wrote: “Oh wow you’re with your kids finally????”

The 42-year-old was quick to shut down the catty comment responding: “I’m with my kids every day thank God, social media isn’t always real life.”

The Blink 182 drummer’s teens were also enjoying the getaway after his daughter Alabama shared some Cabo Instagram Stories with her 816,000 followers. The 15-year-old can also be seen riding a horse alongside Kardashian in one of her uploads.

Naturally, fellow Instagram users jumped to the defence of Kardashian.

“Super weird that someone would try to guilt u for having some healthy adult time,” one user said. “And even weirder for someone to think your life is just what’s in TV and/or SM.’”

Another added: “Just because she does not post her kids every day, doesn’t mean she’s not with them.”

The Poosh blogger whisked both families away to Mexico to enjoy Barker’s 46th birthday.

“The kids got along well,” an eyewitness told E! News. “Alabama was playing with Reign and really sweet with him. They left Kourtney and Travis alone for some one-on-one time, and Alabama took Reign and Penelope to the pool.”

They added: “They all seemed very friendly and like they were having fun together. The younger kids looked up to the older kids and they looked like one big happy family.”
