When things don’t go your way ‘don’t throw your toys out of the pram’, the saying goes. Kodak Black - a 24-year-old rapper - however, kicked his tantrum up a notch by throwing $100,000 into the sea.
On Tuesday, Black took to Instagram with a video that showed him aboard a private yacht, with the caption:
“I Broke You Off When Dem F*ck N***** Wouldn’t Give You A Dime !!! I Ain’t Owe You Sh*t N**** I Just Wanted To See You Shine !!! Yeen Never Gave Me Sh*t N**** I Had My Own Grind !!!!”
The video came to light when the rapper raised issues with his Sniper Gang label, tweeting, ‘I AIN’T SIGNING RAPPERS NO MORE’. This prompted his unconventional way of dealing with a tough time.
He is seen in a colourful Louis Vuitton two-piece with a cameraman by his side, videoing Black’s ‘cheap stunt’ of carelessly tossing wads of $100 bills into the water.

Of course, fans aren’t happy with 12.8K of them flooding the Instagram video.
One asked for the location of the money and joked, “What part of the water you in send me the coordinates imma need allat you just threw in the water 🤣🤣🤣🤣”
“Bruh just give bands to fishes instead of people who need it 🤣🤣🤣😭” another added.
While others raised alternative ways in which he could have spent the money and helped the community.
One user raised a valid point. She said: “When young boys dont know any better they do dumb sh*t like this, that money could of went to the homeless, veterans, orphans, you could of bought land or more land if you have already like come on this sh*t dont make sense”
“Fam ppl starving. Cmon now”, another added.
The comments section was not entertained by his ‘stunt’@kodakblack (Instagram)
While a third commented, “What’s the point in this, could’ve fed the community with this 🤡🚮”
Another highlighted that the money could have went to someone who deserved it, “I’m saying tho I been working covid in healthcare from 16hrs 12hrs to 8hrs shifts traveling trying to have a life with money like this and you going to throw money in the ocean.. 😤🤦🏾♀️ ughhhh”
We really hope that it’s fake cash.
