David Cameron called a meeting of the Cabinet on Saturday morning, the first on this day of the week since 2 April 1982.
In 1982 the cabinet discussed the Falklands War, whereas this weekend they discussed the plan for EU reform under David Cameron's agreement with the EU council.
Much has been made of the 'landmark' meeting, especially as ministerial lines are being drawn as to who is campaigning for 'remain' and 'leave' respectively.
However, it should be noted that while Jeremy Hunt being called into Cabinet on a Saturday was "extraordinary", Saturday's are considered normal working hours for Junior Doctors under the Health Secretary's own newly planned contracts.
And critics of the Health Secretary didn't hesitate to point that out to him:
Some were concerned for his wellbeing
The irony was not lost on anyone
