After attending the Remembrance Day services at the Cenotaph in central London on Sunday afternoon, Jeremy Corbyn not only found time to take pictures with veterans and read a Wilfred Owen poem in his north London constituency, but he also went to watch his favourite football team: Arsenal.
The Labour leader was approached by a man near the Emirates stadium, where Corbyn had been attending a protest about low pay, before the team's game against bitter rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
As the man went for a handshake, here's what was said:
Man:
I'm a Spurs fan, Mr Corbyn.
Corbyn:
Oh.
Man:
You've got to be our next prime minister.
Corbyn:
Thank you.
Man:
You have to be.
Corbyn:
Even for a Spurs supporter?
Man:
Definitely.
