On New Year's Eve, the US government released the latest cache of emails that Hillary Clinton sent on a private server during her time as Secretary of State.
Among approximately 5,500 pages of communications published by the state department (it was supposed to publish 8,000, but the busy festive schedule saved us all), were details on a Barack Obama conversation with Russian prime minister Dimitry Medvedev, and praise from a staffer after a meme of Clinton went viral.
But perhaps most eye-catching was an email Clinton received on her birthday in 2012 which laid out her schedule for the day.
As spotted by journalist Kyle Blaine:
The email, sent from Clinton's assistant Claire Coleman in October 2012, starts with a cheery "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" before detailing a morning schedule which would take the then secretary of state from an air force base to Westchester County Airport where she could then go on to her private residence.
It finishes at 11.30, explaining that Clinton could then "ENJOY THE DAY AND CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY!" caveated with the ominous "TBD".
