Have you spent hours of your life watching the different deaths, patient plotlines and budding romances at Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital?
Well, you could have actually have been paid to do just that, as a company is now offering to pay one lucky fan $1,000 (£718) to binge-watch every single episode of Grey’s Anatomy.
The famous medical drama series has been around since 2005 so it’s a serious commitment - especially when you add up the numbers.
With over 17 seasons, adding up to 380 episodes - to watch the entire series so far, it would take around 11.7 days (equivalent to 280.8 hours and 16848 minutes), that’s without sleep, food or even a toilet break.
Let’s not forgot the show’s 18th season premiering later this year - so it’s a challenge not for the faint-hearted.
Company NiceRx is on the search for applicants and they will pay you - but there is one slight catch...
The applicant will have to pay attention as they will only receive the money if they can correctly guess whether Meredith Grey or Miranda Bailey saved more lives over the course of the series.
Though it’s not just the cash prize that is up for grabs, you could also get a full box set of the show, a personalised Cameo message from Dr Richard Webber and a year’s subscription for Netflix.
NiceRx said: “So, if the thought of getting paid to spend a summer curled up on the sofa with the staff at Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital sounds like a dream come true, apply now, and tell us why you fit the bill!
“To enter, all you need to do is explain in 200 words why you feel you’re America’s biggest Grey’s Anatomy fan.”
But sadly for international fans, the application is only open to people living in the US. But for one American megafan out there, it’s certainly a unique job to add to your resume!
