Donald Trump attempted to use Twitter to hit back at British Prime Minister Theresa May, but instead lashed out at a woman with just six followers.
The President presumably typed in Theresa May's name - @theresamay - and failed to check if it was the correct person before hitting send.
The woman who originally received POTUS' wrath is apparently named Theresa Scrivener; she managed to secure the @theresamay Twitter handle way back in 2009. The British Prime Minister only joined in 2016, and was forced to adopt the handle @theresa_may.
Let's spare a moment for Scrivener, who was catapulted from her peaceful online world to being angrily and accidentally singled out by the President of the United States.
There is one pertinent question that has emerged from this whole debacle:
Mr Trump has since corrected his tweet.
Trump's attempt to lash out at Mrs May follows the Prime Minister's spokesperson saying it "wrong" for the President to retweet posts from the far-right group Britain First.
The President insists his country is "doing just fine".
