Instagram can be a daunting place for anyone with even the slightest worries about their appearance.
From the guys who looked sculpted from marble to the women with the 'perfect' features - it's enough to trigger even the most confident person's insecurities.
Which is why it's always a genuine pleasure when pictures and stories of body positivity, such as Jazzy's, go viral.
Jazzy ( aka @_body_positive_jazzy), posted a photo of her and her husband having a nice time on the beach... It's now been shared over 55 thousand times.
The picture is a perfect moment of happiness, but the caption Jazzy wrote talked about a lot more.
"Over the years this man has loved every curve, every roll, and every stretch mark on my body. I never understood why," Jazzy explains.
How could he love something that isn't “perfect”? How could a man who was “born fit” love someone like me! I don't have a flat stomach, I jiggle when I walk, hell if I run up the stairs to fast my body claps (lmao)!! But now I see I do have the “perfect” body!! Every roll, every curve and every stretch mark is put on me just perfect to make both of us happy!!! I love my body and I finally see why he does too!!
People on Instagram have praised Jazzy for her honesty and for sharing her thoughts in such a public way.
“My man is super fit too,” one commenter said. “He calls me juicy and loves my stomach and all my curves. My body has been been fit and I know thin does not equal happiness or love! He also says I'm like the women in Historic nude paintings - beautiful!”
“Girl, my body claps too, can I get a round of applause?! Love this,” another said.
