Today in headlines we didn't expect to write, a hologram Professor Stephen Hawking has been laying down some truths about the universe, and, um One Direction.
Prof Hawking appeared in hologram form at the Sydney Opera House from Cambridge University.
He discussed being diagnosed with motor neurone disease, also known as ALS, the secrets of the universe, and how humans will have to leave planet Earth within 1,000 years.
And Zayn Malik.
During the event, a questioner from the audience asked: "What do you think is the cosmological effect of Zayn leaving One Direction and consequently breaking the hearts of millions of teenage girls across the world?"
This was Prof Hawking's reply:
Finally, a question about something important.
My advice to any heartbroken young girl is to pay close attention to the study of theoretical physics. Because one day there may well be proof of multiple universes.
It would not be beyond the realms of possibility that somewhere outside of our own universe lies another different universe.
And in that universe, Zayn is still in One Direction.
This girl may like to know that in another possible universe, she and Zayn are happily married.
And, with that, Prof Hawkins teleported out of Sydney Opera House.
