When it comes to flying, we all have a million unanswered questions. But now, one of them is now answered.
If you’ve ever wondered why the lights on the plane have to be dimmed during landing and take-off, then pilot Chris Cooke has the answer.
Cooke explained that the reason the blinds must be down is to help people’s eyes adjust quicker to darkness in the case of an emergency evacuation. Being in the darkness already will help with a quick escape.
