A viral video is doing the rounds online in which Donald Trump’s border wall is effortlessly climbed despite the President previously claiming “this wall can’t be climbed”.
A 38-second clip has emerged on social media showing two men assisting another man over a newly constructed section of the wall using a collapsible ladder.
The two men who scale the wall, clearly posses a lot of upper body strength but footage of their feat has amazed others on Twitter.
Not everyone is likely to have the same physical capabilities of these men, nor a ladder, it still shouldn't detract form the fact that Trump said that his wall couldn't be climed.
When the new portion of the wall was unveiled in California, Trump said he didn’t want to climb mountains so instead hired a team of 20 “world-class mountain climbers”. He added:
Some of them were champions. And we gave them different prototypes of walls, and this was the one that was hardest to climb.
And we’ve all seen the pictures of young people climbing walls with drugs on their back—a lot of drugs. I mean, they’re unbelievable climbers. This wall can’t be climbed. This is very, very hard.
In light of this video, Trump should probably reevaluate his confidence in the wall.
