People are freaking out over this picture of Mark Zuckerberg

On Sunday more than 5,000 people donned more than 5,000 virtual reality headsets at an immersive Samsung event in Barcelona.

Ahead of the Mobile World Congress 2016, the tech giant unveiled its new smartphones - the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge - along with the Gear 360 camera which lets you record your own VR video.

That bloke off of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, was also in attendance.

As you can imagine, it was all very exciting for tech fans.

However, one thing in particular has caught the attention of the internet (aka Reddit).

And with its terrifying depiction of a very possible dystopian future world, it's not hard to see why.

A lone billionaire walks among his robot subjects as their retinas are fried by blue lights from all-seeing, all-knowing, all-consuming screens.
