This is how much Game of Thrones stars earn per episode

Game of Thrones is the indisputable top dog, or dragon, of TV.

So how much are the cast paid?

The below chart, using data from Variety, revealed that the Game of Thrones stars Emilia Clarke, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Peter Dinklage, Kit Harrington and Lena Headey are all earning around $500,000 per episode.

While other stars did not have their pay packets released in the figures, the show maintained gender pay parity among the actors disclosed.

The seventh season of the show will draw to a close on 28 August at 2am (GMT), with the finale, The Dragon and the Wolf.

The show will end its run with an 8th and final series next year.
