Draco Malfoy now has a ponytail and Harry Potter fans don't know what to think

You might remember Draco Malfoy.

(If you don't, well, that's an entirely different kettle of fish and you need to stop reading this and read the Harry Potter books right now).

Hermione Granger once fondly referred to him as:

A foul, loathsome evil little cockroach.

The newest addition to the Harry Potter saga is an upcoming stage play called Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, which previews next week and arrives at the West End’s Palace Theatre at the end of July.

The story will be set 19 years after the end of book seven, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

In light of this, Draco Malfoy, who’s now a father, had his picture taken today:

Goatee. And ponytail.

One thing’s for sure. If scrawny, snooty Draco Malfoy managed to inspire this treasure trove of utterly bizarre fan-fiction, his growing up is probably going to break the internet to pieces.
