Ever heard of the juice diet? Well, a woman who doesn't eat any solid foods and claims she is a "breatharian" is taking it one step further.

A 25-year-old woman, Audra Bear from Minneapolis, Minnesota claims she practices "breatharianism", which apparently means she gets most of her energy from doing breathing exercises and being out in nature.

Bear also says she tries to stay away from any solid food and believes that inhaling air is enough to sustain her energy levels.

The Minneapolis native, who says her longest fast lasted 97 days, does breathing exercises for one to three hours on a daily basis and will only occasionally eat solid food when out with her family or friends for celebratory reasons. But her go-to meals usually consist of teas, smoothies, pureed fruit and vegetables and well...air.

The 25-year-old, who adopted the "breatharian" diet 8 months ago, apparently swears by this lifestyle, claiming it brings her "so much abundance, health and happiness". She also names nature and sunshine as the best natural booster's, saying that her environment is what makes her the most relaxed, energetic and healthy.

Speaking to UniLad, Bear says of her unique diet:

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to fast, cleanse or restrict without first learning about the breath. You can also experience prana through time in nature, sunbathing, earthing, creating and playing.

You can eat if you choose to, for entertainment or social settings, know your energy is sourced from the life-force all around you. Most days I just drink teas, fruit juices, green juices and fresh coconut waters. I do eat occasionally now, but more for celebratory reasons.

There is no scientific evidence backing the "breatharian" diet, which according to doctors and dietitians could prove harmful if followed for a long amount of time.

I mean, we all like being out in nature but usually, there's a meal waiting for us at home to devour once we're all worn out and exhausted.
