BBC Breakfast viewers hear 'sex noises' during broadcast

Brexit boredom is plaguing the nation - so much so that some people appear to have resorted to interrupting news reports with sex noises just for amusement.

Political correspondent Emma Vardy battled on through the unusual sounds live on BBC Breakfast this morning.

The incident appears to be a prank by a YouTuber.

Viewers were "horrified" by the noises, according to the Express.

But we're willing to bet others were relieved that Brexit bad news was drowned out.

Most people saw the funny side.
