Are you smarter than Ed Balls?

Shadow chancellor Ed Balls yesterday took 10 seconds to answer a simple maths question - what is 6 times 7?

As every schoolboy or girl knows, the answer is 42. While Balls took a while to respond, in the interest of fairness we have to point out George Osborne flat out refused to answer a maths question from an actual schoolboy last year.

Still, we thought it was worth sending Kiran Moodley to see if the public really are smarter than Ed Balls.
